1 pre-made tart crust.
400g Colonial Danbo or mozzarella cheese.
2 eggs.
50g shredded Colonial cheese.
4 onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the onions, sauté, and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Cut the cheese into cubes and add it to the eggs along with most of the shredded cheese and the sautéed onions.
Place the tart crust in a greased baking dish, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F).
