OAT AND YOGURT BREAD (GLUTEN-FREE OPTION)

Ingredientes

1 cup oat flour mixed with 1/2 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free oats if needed).
130g natural yogurt.
3 whole eggs.
1 teaspoon salt (e.g., Himalayan salt).
1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda.
2 tablespoons rolled oats.
(Optional) 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast or grated cheese.
2 tablespoons psyllium (for a fluffier texture).

Preparación

Mix all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a mold, and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 175°C (347°F) until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool, slice thinly, and store in the fridge or freezer for longer shelf life.

Uses:
Toast it in a toaster or air fryer.
Make sandwiches with protein and vegetables.
