DUTCH BABY PANCAKES

Ingredientes

60g softened butter.
4 eggs.
2/3 cup whole milk at room temperature.
2/3 cup flour.
1/2 tablespoon salt.
2 tablespoons vanilla.

Preparación

In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla, and 30g melted butter.
Blend until smooth.
Melt the remaining butter in a 20cm cast iron skillet over medium heat until golden (3-4 minutes).
Pour the batter into the hot skillet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Do not open the oven while baking.
Serve the pancake hot with a bit of Colonial whipped cream, Colonial dulce de leche, and fresh fruit.
