250g Colonial lactose-free skim yogurt.
90g natural peanut butter.
Chocolate.
Chopped peanuts.
Mix the yogurt with the peanut butter and form small mounds on a silicone mat or parchment paper. Freeze until solid.
Once frozen, melt the chocolate and mix it with the chopped peanuts.
Dip the frozen mounds into the chocolate mixture.
