Fruit smoothie with Colonial lactose-free yogurt.

Ingredientes

250 g frozen mango.
250 g frozen strawberries.
+ 4 tablespoons of Colonial Natural lactose-free yogurt.
+ a splash of milk.

Preparación

  • 250g frozen mango + 2 tablespoons of Colonial Natural lactose-free yogurt + a splash of milk.
    Blend and set aside.
  • 250g frozen strawberries + 2 tablespoons of Colonial Natural lactose-free yogurt + a splash of milk.
    Blend and set aside.
  • Pour both mixtures into a glass.
    Enjoy!
