DULCE DE LECHE CRUMBLE

Ingredientes

150g sugar.
150g butter.
200g all-purpose flour.
Dulce de leche (pastry style).
100g walnuts.
20g shredded coconut.

Preparación

Chop the walnuts.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Add the butter in cubes and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
Reserve a smaller portion of the mixture.
Use most of the mixture to form the base in a Pyrex or silicone mold.
Add a layer of dulce de leche, then sprinkle the reserved crumbly mixture on top.
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
