CHEESE CRACKERS

Ingredientes

150g Colonial heavy cream.
150g flour.
150g shredded Colonial cheese.
Salt.
Paprika.

Preparación

Mix the flour with the paprika and salt, then add the heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese. Remove the dough from the bowl and transfer it to a work surface.
Roll it out to about half a centimeter thick, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and continue rolling with a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into squares or your preferred shape and place them on a baking tray.
Repeat the process with the leftover dough.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake until golden brown.
